Some challenges are relatively simple, but others require a bit of knowledge going into each game. This guide will go through each one, pointing out some of the more complicated challenges and locations, before time runs out.

Creative mode in the Choose Game Mode screen

14 Days Of Fortnite challenge 1 - Start or Join a Creative Server

This one is very simple. Just go into the Lobby and click the game type that's currently selected. You'll be taken to the menu as shown in the screenshot above. Just choose Creative, click accept, and Play.

Standing in front of a giant candy cane.

14 Days Of Fortnite challenge 2 - Find two giant candy canes

These gigantic sugary treats are buried in mountains, so they're best accessed via the initial dive. You merely need to visit them for them to count and it can be done either in the same game or across multiple games. The locations are as follows:

  • Hill north of Frosty Flights
  • Snowy hill southwest of Fatal Fields
  • Northeast hill of Shifty Shafts
  • Hill north of Wailing Woods

14 Days Of Fortnite challenge 3 - Play three matches with a friend

Another simple one to set up and given the popularity of Fortnite, unless your friends have turned their nose up at the game, this should be another one you can just tick as completed within a few games. Simply have the friends in your party and start three separate games. Make sure to complete the matches though, rather than quit the game early, or it won't count.

14 Days Of Fortnite challenge 4 - Hit a player with a snowball in four different matches

In order to even do this one, you'll need to complete Challenge 3 to unlock the snowball. It's a toy that can be thrown at other players, disintegrating as it hits them. There's no limit on distance, or anything like that, just make sure you hit them. You'll need to do this across four complete matches.

Player about to fly through a golden ring near Lonely Lodge.

14 Days Of Fortnite challenge 5 - Fly through golden rings in an X-4 Stormwing

This one should be simple if you can fly straight. Find one of the many planes across the map and climb aboard (You can find out more about the planes in our Fortnite vehicles guide). Once in the cockpit, you'll then need to fly through five rings. With 15 to be found across the map, they should be relatively straightforward to find given your vantage point and the fact that they are big glowing golden rings in the sky. There's a number of them alongside the path of the river that may require you to fly under a bridge, but once you have the handling down, this shouldn't be too tricky. Just try not to crash!

Some goose eggs close to eater in Paradise Palms.

14 Days Of Fortnite challenge 6 - Search six goose nests

Them geese are laying eggs all over the place and it's up to you to find and harvest them. There's plenty of goose nests lying around, with huge clusters of them near Paradise Palms, Fatal Fields, Dusty Divot, and Loot Lake. Other locations are by the river west of Risky Reels and Tomato Temple, while the river going down from Loot Lake has three along the route, with one very close to Lucky Landing. Finally, there's one north of Polar Peak, one next to Lonely Lodge, and one south of the big mountain close to Snobby Shores.

14 Days Of Fortnite challenge 7 - Use seven Boogie Bombs/Presents

This one is essentially luck as you'll need to find the devices first. They are most commonly found in chests, so make sure you're looting them. You'll probably be looting them anyway for the last challenge so this is a nice reward for doing so. Once you've obtained them, use them. Presents will give you a bunch of high-quality items, as well as a giant box to hide in temporarily, while Boogie Bombs can be used to make players do a jig: More on Boogie Bombs in our Fortnite weapons guide.

14 Days Of Fortnite challenge 7 - Damage opponents with different weapon types

A simple one to understand really this one: Just damage an opponent with eight different weapon types. Since there are more than eight in the game, you should be able to knock these off no problem. The kicker here is that you'll need to keep track of which ones you've done before, so make a checklist and tick them off as you go. The weapon types are as follows:

  • Shotguns
  • Assault Rifles
  • Snipers
  • Pistols
  • SMGs
  • Minigun
  • Explosive
  • Grenade
  • Traps
  • Vehicles/Planes

Dancing next to a holiday tree.

14 Days Of Fortnite challenge 9 - Dance in front of nine holiday trees

There are 12 holiday trees overall scattered around the map that you'll need to dance in front of. They're huge and can't be missed, even spawning some items underneath them as presents for those that can find them. There are 12 locations to find in total, with only nine required to complete the challenge. The locations are as follows:

  • Dusty Divot (Diner)
  • Retail Row
  • Fatal Fields
  • Tilted Towers (Ball court)
  • Lonely Lodge
  • Lazy Links
  • Lucky Landing
  • Paradise Palms
  • Pleasant Park
  • Happy Hamlet
  • Frosty Flights
  • Polar Peak

14 Days Of Fortnite challenge 10 - Land tricks in a vehicle at 10 different named locations

This one could be tricky, depending on how forgiving the other players are. You'll firstly need to net yourself a vehicle such as the ATK, Quadcrasher, or even the shopping cart. Then launch yourself over a cliff edge and start spinning. Land the trick with all wheels on the ground for the trick to count. You can do this at any point of the map that is named, but it has to be ten different ones you trick out of. Keep a checklist of all the named locations and tick them off as you go.

Press B to thank the Bus Driver

14 Days Of Fortnite challenge 11 - Thank the bus driver in 11 different matches

Simple, but as we all know, that bus driver has taken the time out of his/her holidays to cart you ungrateful lot across the skies, only for you to bail out before completing their journey. While you're in the Battle Bus, flying majestically across the sky, simply press "B" or whatever your emote key is bound to, to thank the bus driver. Do this in 11 matches to unlock this present. Now make sure you thank the bus driver from now on, he/she works overtime for your enjoyment, and at minimum wage!

Some snowflakes to destroy in Pleasant Park. Ignore the fact the player is downed, just look at the snowflakes!

14 Days Of Fortnite challenge 12 - Destroy 12 Snowflakes

This one requires you to have a sharp eye to find decorations in each of the towns and named locations. One thing to note here is that a cluster will count per individual snowflake you destroy. If a cluster has three of them, then you can net three snowflakes. As for locations of interest, Pleasant Park has a few by the gas station windows, brick house and two houses down, which will give you nine of them. Then head to Tilted Towers and take the ones down by the light poles. Retail Row has some in the windows, as does the diner in Dusty Divot.

Player has put lots of devices in the Creative Mode.

14 Days Of Fortnite challenge 13 - Place Devices on Creative Island

Not that much more difficult than the first challenge. Start up a Creative game and head into the rift of your own making. Then go into the menu by pressing "TAB" or whichever key it is bound to. Click onto devices and generate 13 devices. They can be the same ones, or different ones, but you'll need to place a floor tile before making them. Place 13 to complete the challenge.

14 Days Of Fortnite challenge 14 - Open 14 chests

Simply just hunt the map across multiple games to find 14 chests in order to complete the final challenge. They're usually found in houses and emit an ethereal chant as you edge closer to them. Open them up and grab those goodies.

This concludes our 14 days of Fortnite challenge guide, but there's plenty more challenges to complete in Season 7. There are also challenges featured in Season 7 to complete for more unlockables, so head to our Season 7 Week 1 challenges guide to check them out.
