Fortnite dance locations - three ice sculptures, three dinosaurs, and four hotsprings

Fortnite's eighth season is wrapping up and while a lot of challenges remaining are the usual damaging or landing affair, one involves dancing at some specific locations. We will be going over the three locations that you need to get your groove on.

With the game being the global sensation that it is, there's a lot to learn about not only getting that all-important "Victory Royale", but also the changes to the map as the seasons progress, and the challenges you can seek to complete. Head over to our Fortnite guide hub for every single thing you need to get started. Alternatively, you can head back to our Fortnite week 6 challenges guide for an overview of all the weekly challenges for this Season in Fortnite.

Please note that this page is for a challenge that is no longer active in Fortnite. For a full list of currently active challenges, please go to our Fortnite week 6 challenges page.

This guide shows you the locations of the Ice Sculptures, Dinosaurs, and Hotsprings in the Fortnite map that you need to dance at, in that order.

Dancing locations

Above is the map showing the locations of where all the dancing locations are. Each one needs to be completed in sequence, so I've numbered the order in which you visit them. We'll be going into more detail on the locations of each below, but you only need to dance there to tick it off the list.

Dancing in between the Ice Sculptures,

Three Ice Sculptures - Polar Peak

Close to Grid Reference B8, this is where the magnifying glass was pointing in a previous challenge. You just need to dance in the middle of the three Ice Sculptures to tick this one off your to-do list. There is a conveniently placed zipline that will take you up to Polar Peak, but the chests at the location will also give plenty of stuff.

The road south of Paradise Palms where the dinosaurs are.

Three Dinosaurs - Paradise Palms

Head to Grid Reference I9 and look around where the road curves. You'll see some statues of dinosaurs on either side of the road. Dance within their gaze to unlock the last objective you need to dance at. You can always head back to Paradise Palms to snag some loot if you want to continue the game.

On a Driftboard close to the four hot springs.

Four Hotsprings - North-east of Lazy Lagoon

In Grid Reference G2, there are now four hot springs that have formed. This one can be seen from the map itself so you'll know where to dance if you use the mini-map. Even though it's not close to any particular region, it does feature a bunch of items that are worth snagging up at the beginning of the game if you start there.

This concludes our dancing guide for Fortnite's ninth week of season eight. There are plenty more challenges to complete.
